National Teaching Assistant Day 2025
Today is National Teaching Assistants’ Day – a chance to recognise the impact teaching assistants have in schools everywhere. They support pupil’s one-to-one, run small group work, keep things moving when lessons get busy, and offer a friendly face when it’s needed most. Their work is invaluable and they play such a big part in school life.
Across Maiden Erlegh Trust, our teaching assistants do all this and more – day in, day out. They make a real difference to pupils, colleagues and families, helping learners to achieve, to feel included, and to thrive.
We’re taking today to say a simple but important, thank you. We are grateful for everything you do - today and every day.
