School Advisory Boards

Our School Advisory Boards (SABs) are fundamental for the success of our schools, and therefore the Trust.

The Chair of the SAB plays a critical friendship role to the Headteacher, and the SAB itself is immersed in the life of the school.

We ask our SABs to focus on three key areas:

  • The voice and perspective of pupils and students
  • The voice and perspective of staff
  • The voice and perspective of parents and carers

The Chair of the SAB will also likely support one of the Trust Committees, and will also attend Chairs Forum which provides a direct feedback loop to the Board of Trustees.
