Team Recognition

Each term, we recognise colleagues who bring our values to life through their everyday work.

Values in Action celebrates those who:

  • Aim High – inspiring excellence
  • Be Inclusive – championing teamwork and support
  • Work Together – making collaboration count

Everyone who is nominated is recognised on our roll of honour and receives a thank you from our CEO Jonathon Peck, and three winners (selected by a panel of peers) are recognised with an extra special thank you of tea and cake with our CEO plus a £50 Perkbox voucher. We also produce winners case studies which we publish here on our website.
